Welcoming All Women to Embrace the Inner DIVA!

You May be asking what is the Inner DIVA?

I believe that every woman has an Inner DIVA waiting to burst out and take her to the next level in her Personal Journey of Self.  Now what is a DIVA?

Divinely Inspired & Virtuously Awesome

Every woman has the innate ability to live passionately and with purpose to accomplish her goals, desires and live life in such a way that every need is met and fulfilled.

The question is, How does this happen if she doesn't know who she is?

How many women do you know drudging through life and just getting by:

  • Working and hating their jobs?
  • Unhappy with their life to this point?
  • Unhappy with themselves and their surroundings?
  • Walking through life with no idea who they really are?

Does any of the above questions describe you or someone you know?

As a Fitness Trainer, Life Coach, & Massage Therapist, I have come across so many women who were beautiful on the outside, but had no idea how beautiful and special they were on the inside.

Important Note:

No amount of money you spend to lose weight, keep your hair done, get your nails and toes done, buy expensive clothing and accessories, drive fancy cars, live in big houses, or anything else we as women do to make ourselves feel better, will make us whole on the inside if we don't address the big issue and question... WHO AM I?

Who Am I?

This is the question I help women answer.

I help each individual woman learn to trust herself, build her confidence and esteem and embrace the Inner DIVA so that she can live life loving every minute. Woman are beautiful creations with many layers that need to be taken care of and maintained.  Some women wear multiple hats such as wife, mother, friend, daughter, sister, Coworker, etc.  It can be difficult to say the least, to remember to give yourself much needed TLC and make sure you are actually enjoying your life, not just living it.

Still not sure if you need my help?

Lets try a little something.  Here are 2 exercises I have my clients do when we first start working together:

Mirror Exercise:  Go stand in front of a mirror. It can be any size as long as you can see your entire face at one time.  I want you to look straight into the mirror and make eye contact with yourself.  Just look at yourself for one full minute.

5 Characteristics you like/appreciate about yourself:  I want you to take a piece of paper and in 30 seconds jot down 5 characteristics you like and appreciate about yourself.

Here's the moment of truth

Were you able to successfully do both of these tasks?

OR

  1. Did you flinch when you looked in the mirror?
  2. Did you have to turn away before the full minute was up?
  3. Did you have to take a few minutes and think of what you actually like about yourself?
  4. Was your mind flooded with a million thoughts of what you need to "fix" or "change" about yourself?

If it was the latter, I think you now know the answer, YES, you need my help!
