Below are brief discriptions of what Fitness Training, Life Coaching and Massage Therapy are.

Fitness Training consists of many different modalities from Aerobics, Cardio, Weight Lifting, Pilates, etc. Our Take on fitness is that it is not only confided to the four walls of a gym. We provide the convenience of meeting our clients in home, office, church, parks, etc. We build workout plans for our clients based on lifestyle, goals, etc.

Life coaching has its roots in psychology. I consider it to be a more open and somewhat less formal type of counseling. As a counseling psychology major I have always loved people and interacting with them to live life. I have a passion for life, living it to the fullest. My goal in working with people through the different services we provide is to help them live the best life possible, Physically, Spiritually and Mentally.

Massage Therapy has been around since the beginning of time. We as humans have a natural tendency that when we experience pain we rub the hurt area. This is seen in all ages from babies to the elderly. Massage is therapeutic in that it helps promote circulation of the blood, relaxes the muscles, relives pain, restores metabolic balance, and provides other mental and physical benefits. Massage can and should be combined with healthy living and exercise to create a wellness plan and way of life.
